Official Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

2. Sponsorship: The Sweepstakes sponsor is Wythe Advantage, Inc. ("Sponsor"), located at 7610 Six Forks Road Suite 200, Raleigh, NC 27615. Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.

3. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open only to individual legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor, and those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

4. Entry Period: This Sweepstakes begins on June 10, 2025, at 12:01 AM EST and ends on August 8, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Period”).

5. How to Enter: During the Entry Period, visit the Sweepstakes registration page at CBASoccerFans.com and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form. Required information includes name, street address, phone number, and email address. All required fields must be completed with valid information as of the drawing date to be eligible.

6. Entries: Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period. Illegible, incomplete, forged, or altered entries will not be accepted. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Multiple entries from the same person, or entries using multiple identities or devices, will result in disqualification. In case of dispute, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided. “Authorized account holder” means the natural person assigned to the email address by the provider. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.

7. Prizes: Two (2) Prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of: two (2) Carolina Core FC game tickets for the match held on August 16, 2025, at Truist Point Stadium located at 301 N Elm St, High Point, NC 27262. Tickets are for Section 105. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Winner understands there are inherent risks involved in attending a soccer game and these risks may be present before, during, and after the game. Winner agrees to accept the prize "as is" and entrants hereby acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor Administrator is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee relative to the prize, including warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any other value. Any attempt to do so may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. Additional terms and conditions may apply to the sports organization for which Sponsor and Administrator shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any cancellations, losses, or damages. Approximate retail value of each pair of tickets is $54 depending on fluctuations of ticket prices at the sole discretion of Carolina Core FC, and event availability at time of prize delivery. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of the Prize will not be awarded. Tickets must be used for the August 16, 2025 game; no alternate games or dates permitted. Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes. 

8. Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the end of the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor on Monday, August 11, 2025. Winners will be notified via telephone or email. A public announcement will follow. Sponsor’s decisions are final on all matters related to the sweepstakes.

9. Prizes and Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded assuming sufficient eligible entries are received. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

10. Prize Delivery: All taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery.

11. Verification of Winners and Delivery of Prizes: Winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and, where permitted, a publicity release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to return required documents or respond to prize notification may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. Returned or undeliverable notifications may also result in disqualification and alternate selection.

12. Choice of Law and Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. All disputes must be resolved in the courts of Wake County, North Carolina, and entrants consent to jurisdiction there. Entrants waive the right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and agree to resolve any disputes individually, without resort to class actions.

13. Miscellaneous: Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries; or for technical errors of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates the Official Rules.

14. Conditions of Participation: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its employees, and agents from any liability, damages, or claims related to participation or prize acceptance.

15. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF LAW. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

16. Privacy Policy: By entering, participants may receive communications from the Sponsor, subject to its privacy policy. Questions about privacy should be directed to the Sponsor’s address above.
